HR Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Lublin
- Act as Acvian’s primary HR expert for Poland, advising internal teams and clients on Polish employment law and HR best practices.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Polish labor legislation and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Support payroll administration,and statutory reporting.
- Coordinate work permit and immigration processes where applicable.
- Monitor legislative changes and provide practical guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Improve HR processes, documentation, and operational efficiency through standardization and automation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and external partners to deliver high quality HR support and exceptional client service.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in HR, management, law, administration or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as an HR consultant or HR generalist; experience Polish labor law, onboarding, managing the full HR cycle.
- Excellent organization and communication skills (written and verbal) in Polish and English.
- Leadership and time management; strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
detail-oriented, well organised, able to multitask; confident with computers, business software and online collaboration tools. - Sound judgement under pressure and a self-motivated working style.
